Return and exchanges

 

Forgestar strives to be the leader in custom manufactured wheels. The proper fitment of our wheels is the responsibility of the dealer or the customer who is placing the order. Please note that wheels that have been mounted with tires are no longer returnable. Please make sure fitments are correct before ordering and installing.

RETURN POLICY

We offer easy returns with NO restocking fees for direct purchases, exclusions apply.

Returns will be accepted on select wheels* purchased from our website or through our Inside Sales Team within 30 days of purchase for 100% refund. Wheel condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. If you mount the tires on the wheels they will not be eligible for return. Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges will be accepted on select wheels* purchased from our website or through our Retail Sales Team within 30 days of purchase for a full credit of original price paid toward exchange. Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer. Wheel condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. If you mount the tires on the wheels they will not be eligible for exchange. Customers in the contiguous 48 states will be charged $35 per wheel to ship the new exchanged wheel(s). Customers outside of the 48 states will be charged quoted shipping rates.

 

Not sure if your wheels are eligible for return or exchange?

Products eligible for return are regular stocking Rotary Formed, X-Series and Drag Pack Wheels. Forged, Custom, Bespoke and Garage Sale Items not eligible for return or exchange. Still not sure? Email us at sales@mw.company, we would be happy to help.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

Online and Direct Purchases: Returns and exchanges must be processed through Customer Service at sales@mw.company or +1-800-788-9353 to receive the required Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent to MW Company / Forgestar without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of. Wheels that have been mounted, have customer damage or are returned in the wrong packaging will not be issued a refund or credit. For exchanges, replacement order must be placed at the same time as the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged product will not be shipped until returned product has been received and inspected. In the event that a balance is owed after the exchange, this will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and exchanged product shipped.

Dealer / Distributor Purchases: Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.

Garage Sale: Items are not eligible for return.

IMPORTANT NOTE – LIMITED WARRANTY INFO

Forgestar Performance Wheels are backed by a lifetime structural warranty to the original retail purchaser. A limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty guarantees wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use.

All warranty returns that are reviewed by Forgestar’s warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.

This is a limited warranty. Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made. Forgestar neither assumes or authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with Forgestar products uses or applications. Forgestar further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign.

For all prices, products and offers, Forgestar reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
